Nora started practicing yoga in a studio in 2014. With her military back ground she was drawn to the structure, discipline, and challenge of Ashtanga. Very quickly she realized there was so much more to yoga than just a physical practice. The various aspects of yoga were what she was missing, what she was looking. Being curious by nature she began her journey exploring all 8 limbs of yoga. In 2020 her curiosity led her to deepen her practice when she dove into 200-hour YTT training at Yoga Nirvana. During her training her knowledge of yoga expanded greatly and has transformed her practice.
Considering herself a life time student, she continues her practice through class, workshops, and self-study.
