Chelsea began her yoga practice over 10 years ago during her pursuit of bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from ASU. She subsequently discovered her passion for teaching yoga and became certified as a yoga instructor in 2010. Yoga has inspired a personal quest for spiritual progression and self-mastery and she often finds her fullest expression of Self through sharing her passion for yoga with others. Chelsea’s teaching style adopts methods and philosophy from Ashtanga (vinyasa), Iyengar, and the basic elements of Hatha yoga. Alignment and breath, as well as educating and empowering her students in their individual practices are priorities. Chelsea is also a massage therapist and offers optional adjustments and aromatherapy during class. Currently, Chelsea is studying to be a naturopathic doctor at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe. Classes are challenging and modifications are always offered. All levels are encouraged!
