Emily is a yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, and mother with an overall holistic approach towards life. Teaching what she has learned over the years of study is one of her favorite ways to share with others the benefits of living in alignment with nature. She hopes that through her teachings can spark awareness and inspiration with students to lead happier, healthier, more peaceful lives.
Emily found yoga in 2010 and fell in love with Ashtanga. Since then she’s studied Ashtanga with many world renowned yoga teachers both in the US and India. She believes in the power of yoga to transform the lives of anyone who is willing to show up and put in the work.
Motherhood showed Emily the importance of being gentle and patient with yourself on and off the mat. The yoga practice is a balance between effort and ease. Emily hopes she can help students walk the middle path so they can begin to experience equanimity here and now.
