April 2016: Jessica Tehan

Flow on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 12pm

Jessica came to yoga after being over stressed with Mad Men advertising territory in her work and the pace of NYC life in general. Yoga started as a low pressure work out to keep up physically and turned into a way of life. Every second on the mat was a chance to be playful, curious and to just be. She pursued training with Sonic Yoga and is now registered up to the 500 Hr. level in Vinyasa. Jessica has also trained in trauma yoga and Holistic Health Coaching. Every class is a mixed bag designed to encourage students to take care of themselves and discover something new. Come play!
